More importantly, this philosophy spills over into our staff and hiring practices. We continue to strive to provide our agents with new and innovative ways to help them become more productive and successful. We place a strong emphasis on education and professional growth through weekly training sessions, one-on-one sessions with the agent and brokers, as well as monthly brainstorming sessions to keep everyone abreast of what is happening in the marketplace. We also encourage agents to teach what they know to others by providing them with opportunities to share their ideas in monthly break-out meetings. These meetings give agents the opportunity to learn about investments, web marketing and strategies, business-to-business networking, and so much more.
